For GM vehicles equipped with a 315 or 433 MHz Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM) system, a "Sensor Re-Learn Procedure" must be performed after tire rotations, Remote Control Door Lock Receiver Module replacement or Tire Pressure Sensor replacement. This re-learn procedure can be performed by using special tool EL-50448.Also works on 2014 GM models.
MX-Sensors ,the programmable universal sensors, are both smart and efficient specially built for sensor replacement to perform like OE sensors, in terms of signal interval, durability and functionality supporting up to 99% of the US and Canadian vehicles. The 2-SKU sensor solution that covers over 98% of all OE sensors on the market will greatly simplify your inventory management and lower investment and sales loss.
The MaxiTPMS® TS501 diagnostic & service tool is specially designed to program vehicles that do not have a TPMS relearn facility in the ECU. It is also able to work with ALL known magnetic and frequency triggered tire sensors for ALL vehicles sold worldwide.

Toyota vehicles prior to 2009 are equipped with a Tire Pressure Warming Reset that can be used for initialization. When the bottom is pushed and held for more than 3 seconds, the vehicles receivers are open and looking for the currently stored TPMS IDS.
What if there is a missing or broken sensor?
What if there are new sensors on the vehicle that haven’t yet been programmed?
This will cause these vehicles to become stuck in a loop, searching for TPMS IDS that are no longer there.
N2 USA has developed the Toyota Loop Reset tool to hands this issue.
The YD409 is a TPMS sensor trigger tool to activate TPMS sensors to reset or relearn the sensor ID. It accurately activates and decodes TPMS sensors and displays the data or any faults.
